Below are single-use plastic items commonly found in office spaces. Businesses should use this list as a guide to determine which single-use plastic items need to be eliminated from their business practices. 

Although this checklist encompasses items your business provides in the office space, it is important to note that most office space waste comes from what staff and employees are bringing into it. Employee engagement and education is key to shifting workplace culture and to achieving long-lasting plastic and waste reduction in your workplace. Additionally, working regularly with catering companies or restaurants to reduce the waste produced at events or team lunches is also a critical step.
