Buffet Items

Evaluate which display items are necessary and eliminate those that are not needed.

Use reusable display items that can be washed and reused, such as glass bowls and ceramic ramekins. 

Offer reusable serving utensils or use disposable options compatible with waste management infrastructure such as bamboo toothpicks.  

Offer reusable food containers at weight-based self-serve stations rather than single-use plastic bags.
